Leading commercial property adviser Bilfinger GVA has promoted Michael Southall to the position of Principal Planner in its Cardiff office.
Michael is part of the adviser’s Planning, Development and Regeneration team, where he works on a range of projects within the energy and residential sectors including a 5MW solar farm in Pembrokeshire and a 210 unit residential development scheme for Harrow Estates plc.
Michael Southall, aged 30, is a Chartered Town Planner, joining Bilfinger GVA in 2013 from Newport City Council.
