Record staff number with Joe’s signing

An expanding commercial property consultancy in Hampshire has reached a record level of staff with its latest signing.

Joe Walker joins Hughes Ellard as a chartered surveyor, bringing the total number of staff at the independent, now in its 42nd year, to 23.

The 24-year-old will be providing landlords,  tenants and intermediaries, such as lending institutions, with a range of professional services, primarily focusing on valuation, advisory and lease consultancy.

From Southampton, Joe was previously at the ES Group, having had a previous two-and-a half-year spell at Hughes Ellard, which has offices in Southampton and Fareham.

Joe, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, is the latest in a series of recent appointments which include management surveyor Ed Martin, property manager Sara Williams, senior building surveyor Mark Patel and senior negotiator George Wise.
