Commercial agent picks up prestigious award

Retail and leisure property specialist EJ Hales has been announced as Estates Gazette’s ‘Most Active Retail Agent in Wales’ for the fifth year running.

The Cardiff-based commercial agent scooped the prestigious accolade for the fifth time after completing the most deals within the retail industry in Wales.

EJ Hales also secured Estates Gazette’s investment category for the first time.

Estates Gazette is an award-winning commercial property magazine and has been running the EGi awards for the last five years in order to recognise and reward the most active agents. Rankings are compiled across all property types and regions in the UK based on the number of deals conducted by each agent.

EJ Hales has built an enviable reputation within the leisure and retail commercial property marketplace. In the last year the company has advised on a number of high profile deals spanning the breadth of the country for clients including Tesco, Specsavers, Argos, Next and Subway.
