National construction and property management consultancy Wakemans is on site with a speculative industrial unit for developer St Modwen at the 16-acre Gateway 12 development on Waterwells Business Park in Gloucestershire.
The £3M project is scheduled to complete later this year and is the first unit to be constructed on this development. It will provide 41,000 sq.ft. of warehouse and industrial space. The development will also include a new site access road and preliminary ground work in anticipation of start of work on a second unit.
Wakemans are providing, CDM, employers agent and quantity surveying services. The construction will be carried out by Barnwood Construction.
Pete Davies, senior development manager for St Modwen, the land owner and developer of Gateway 12, said: “Our £22m Gateway 12 development at Waterwells Business Park is one of four sites being developed by St Modwen in Gloucestershire.”
