A Wiltshire property consultancy has launched a fresh new look to reflect improving market conditions in 2015.

Myddelton & Major has rebranded its distinctive ‘M&M’ logo for the first time in 10 years by adding a burst of blue with a red flash across the foot of the design.

It comes as the 112-year-old Salisbury-based firm continues to grow and successfully meet rising demand for its residential and commercial property services.

Partner Dean Speer said: “The secret of our success as a market leading firm since 1903 has been to always look ahead.

“As we emerge from the worst recession in living memory, it was the right time to signal our confidence in the future and recognise the changing market in 2015.

“We wanted our bright new logo to reflect our modern approach and hold true to our rich traditions of high quality customer service and professional expertise.

“It retains our distinctive blue and white ‘M&M’ while also incorporating a contemporary twist as a strong statement of our intent for the years ahead.”

Residential and commercial agents Myddelton & Major have a strong presence in Wiltshire, Somerset, Hampshire and Dorset.

Professionals at the business manage a substantial portfolio of commercial property for private, corporate and institutional clients.

In addition, the firm provides professional advice to landlords and tenants on rental reviews and lease renewals.
