Sarum Business Park shapes up for expanding fitness company

Expanding fitness firm Sarum CrossFit has taken on another unit at Sarum Business Park in Salisbury.

Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated a 10-year lease on the two-storey, steel-framed building at a rent of £20,000 per annum.

Sarum CrossFit is a strength and conditioning facility for all the community already based in a unit at the business park.

Myddelton & Major partner Dean Speer said: “Sarum CrossFit is expanding its current operation to offer a wider range of services.

“More people are looking for new ways of staying fit and Sarum CrossFit’s personally-tailored work-outs are ideal.

“We are delighted to have been the perfect fit for the company’s expansion, which demonstrates confidence in the business park.”

The 4,796 sq ft (445.55 sq m) unit is on Lancaster Road at the heart of the Sarum Business Park, a development of modern business units adjacent to the Old Sarum Airfield.

Old Sarum is about one-and-a-half miles north of Salisbury alongside the A345 Salisbury to Amesbury Road, near the Beehive park and ride.

Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2014 for the third year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online ‘bible’ of the UK commercial property industry.
