The Industrial Agency team at CBRE in Leeds, along with CPP in Sheffield, has been instructed by Helical Bar to market its 123,811 sq ft Aspect distribution/production facility at West Moor Park in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
Aspect has been constructed to a very high specification and will be available for occupation on a leasehold basis from November this year.
