Property specialists building for the future

Commercial property specialists Bruton Knowles have strengthened their Guildford team promoting David Moody and Naomi Quick to Associates.

Team Leader Steven Drennan said the promotions recognised each individual’s hard work and accomplishments to date, and commitment to the future growth and success of the business.

Naomi joined Bruton Knowles in 2013 having already built up experience carrying out a wide range professional valuations of both farm land and country houses, agricultural business management,, as well as estate management for owners and investors.

Her current clients include Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey, HS2, Surrey County Council, Kent County Council, various private companies, banks and lending institutions including Shawbrook Bank and HSBC.

Naomi said: “I get a real kick out of working in this hugely diverse profession which covers 19 different specialisms in three sectors – land, property and construction – giving me the chance to work on projects all over the UK.”

“The job is immensely rewarding.  I spend half my time in the office and half out and about meeting clients, which is great for me as I wouldn’t enjoy being stuck in front of a desk all day!”

David has been with the firm for 14 years joining as a project manager, and has specialised in the provision of strategic property advice to the utilities sector, acting for several large companies including Thames Water, Optimise, MGjv, GBMjv, Black & Veatch, The Police & Crime Commissioner for Surrey, The Environment Agency and National Grid.

David said: “The utilities sector has undergone significant change during my career and Bruton Knowles  has always remained focussed on overcoming the challenges facing the delivery of large scale projects on the ground.

“Integrated project teams draw on a wide variety of skills from a range of consultants and I am delighted to have lead the land function of many of our clients most significant works over the past decade.”
