Adrian Carter, Director of Goadsby’s Property Management Department is delighted to confirm that they have been appointed as Managing Agent of Harwood Retail Centre, Station Road, Gillingham. Phase 1 of this development comprises of 10,000 sq.ft. of retail park space occupied by Pets at Home and Iceland. This is only Phase 1 of the development with a further 12,000 sq.ft. proposed as part of Phase 2.
