Electrical occupier flicks switch at trade centre

One of the country’s leading electrical suppliers is turning on the lights at the Chichester Trade Centre.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major acted for PamPurredPets to successfully negotiate the sub-letting of the 3,186 sq ft (295 sq m) premises.

Simon Lee, retail partner at Myddelton & Major, said: “We are pleased to help one of the UK’s largest electrical suppliers open a major new branch in this thriving trade centre.

“As a straight replacement for PamPurredPets, it means that a landmark unit at the centre will remain consistently occupied.

“The business will complement the many other national trade counters on the wider estate and also help attract more new high quality businesses to the area.”

The centre is just off the main A27 Chichester bypass immediately next to the Beaver Trade Park and the Portfield Trade Centre.

Nearby major occupiers including Topps Tiles, Portfield Peugeot and Citroen Dealership, Screwfix, Magnet, Garage Door Company, Tile Giant and Halfords Autocentre.
