Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the letting of 15 Lansdowne Road, Bournemouth to Mrs Rachel Busari who will open the retail premises as a hairdressing salon.
The subject premises comprise a ground floor retail sales area of 857 sq ft with further ancillary storage of 570 sq ft provided at basement level. The quoting rental was £15,000 per annum, exclusive.
