A luxury car dealership is opening a new preparation and storage centre in Salisbury.
Mercedes Benz of Salisbury is expanding and the new facility close to its existing showroom and servicing centre on Southampton Road will enable the company to offer an enhanced range of services.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major acted on behalf of the landlord to successfully negotiate a new five-year lease off of an asking rent of £20,000 per annum.
Mercedes Benz of Salisbury, part of the Sandown Mercedes Benz Group, will be located alongside such leading national chains as American Golf, B&Q, Homebase, Currys, Next and PC World as well as a range of trade counters.

The dealership has taken premises near the American Golf store, which Myddelton & Major arranged the lease for last March with the creation of 10 jobs.
Sandown has Mercedes-Benz dealerships selling new and pre-owned cars across Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and Surrey.
It also provides servicing, parts and accident repair services.
