GCW has been appointed as joint letting agent on the St Ann’s Shopping Centre in Harrow by Orchard Street Investment Management.
Orchard Street manages the 280,000 sq ft covered shopping centre on behalf of clients. The St Ann’s Centre sits adjacent to Harrow’s main transport hub and is anchored by Marks & Spencer, Primark, and Bhs with other key tenants including H&M, Clarks and Ernest Jones. Metro Bank is currently fitting out a new branch at St Ann’s centre, having committed to a new 10 year lease.
Orchard Street Investment Management asset manager Fergus Egan said: “St Ann’s has a very loyal customer base, who appreciate the centre for both its strong fashion offer and convenience retailing. We look forward to working with our agents on a number of new initiatives in the coming months that will improve St Ann’s even more.”
