CBRE appoints Ed Gamble from JLL

Ed Gamble is to join CBRE from Jones Lang LaSalle as Senior Director, Capital Markets.

Gamble headed Jones Lang LaSalle’s three-man investment team in Birmingham. He joined the firm in in 2004, from CBRE, having trained and qualified at the former Richard Ellis St Quintin.

He will head CBRE’s investment team, working alongside colleagues Andrew Meikle and Nick Woodward.

Gamble has more than 12 years’ experience advising on some of Birmingham’s most prestigious transactions and has acted for clients with interests in industrial, office and retail property. Recent notable deals include the purchase of Mailbox for Brockton Capital Ltd and the sale of One Snowhill on behalf of Ballymore.

Gamble will start his new role early this year.
