The internal eaves height is 8.7 metres, there are 7 dock level loading doors and the site comprises a 1.4 acre expansion plot which previously had consent for a 32,300 sq ft extension.
Chris Wilson, Director Goadsby commented “This was one of the last few large existing industrial/warehouse units available in the locality for sale freehold. There is now a severe shortage of freeholds over 10,000 sq ft and purchasers with large expansion requirements are now having to consider design and build solutions. Forward planning will therefore be key since such developments take between 12 and 18 months before occupation can be taken.”
