Sale of Worcester office building

JP Dillon Commercial Property Consultants has advised on the sale of a prestigious 3,558 sq ft stand alone office building in Worcester.

Acting on behalf of Maximus, John Dillon, managing director of JP Dillon Commercial Property Consultants, sold Unit 3 at Wildwood Triangle for £615,000.  Unit 3 is occupied by Worcester Primary Care Trust until January 2012.

The property was purchased for its own use by Medical Imaging,  the country’s most experienced private provider of Diabetic Retinopathy Screening Services, which already occupies Unit 2 at Wildwood Triangle.

“The location off Wildwood Way near to County Hall, mid-way between junctions 6 and 7 of the M5, the high quality design with flowing curved wooden fascias and pristine steel pillars, the high specification with comfort cooling, and the ample on-site car parking all contributed to Medical Imaging’s desire to remain and expand its operation in this location,” said Mr Dillon.

“Occupiers are recognising the current good value of available office space, but this will not last for long, as this deal is indicative of the fact that the Worcestershire office market is showing strong signs of improvement.”

JP Dillon is marketing Unit 4 Wildwood Triangle for rent (with suites from 1,500 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft).
