Kempton Carr Croft sell 1.3 million freehold investment in Beaconsfield

Kempton Carr Croft is pleased to announce it has sold mixed use, freehold investment – Suffolk House, Wooburn Green, near Beaconsfield – for £1.3 Million.

The property comprises three shops, approximately 5,000 sq.ft of offices and two residential units and yields in the order of £100,000 per annum in rental income.

Kempton Carr Croft, acted as sole agents for its client Chesterton Commercial Limited who have owned the property for 15 years.

After bringing the property to the market in September 2014, the firm secured an acceptable offer in October allowing for exchange of contracts in November and completion in early December.

The buyers, RAP Developments Limited, were represented by The Frost Partnership.
