Goadsby have sold Unit 4 Tecan Way, Granby Industrial Estate, Weymouth on behalf of a private client off quoting price of £92,500 exclusive of VAT and the property extends to approximately 1,209 sq ft.
The Granby Industrial Estate is a principal trading estate in Weymouth and is home to a number of major employers including, Bathwick Tyres, Kew Electrical, Jewsons, Europe Car, Ultra Electronics and Lanehouse Vauxhall.
