Bristol’s landmark Royal London Buildings approaching full occupancy

Colliers International has completed a city centre deal which sees Tempest Forensic Accounting take one of the few remaining suites at Royal London Buildings on a five year lease.

Situated on the junction where Baldwin Street meets Queen Charlotte Street close to the city centre, the 25,511 sq ft Royal London Buildings is now virtually fully occupied.

On the deal, Jono Lipfriend of Colliers International said: “Bristol’s reputation as a media city is driving activity in the commercial centre with creative refurbished space attracting the most attention. Improved half year office take up figures for Bristol has been driven by high levels of activity both from the TMT and financial services sectors.”

Colliers International has two suites left in Royal London Buildings – with only 498 sq ft on the third floor and 738 sq ft on the ground floor now available.

Jono Lipfriend concluded: “Royal London Buildings offers impressive refurbished office space alongside a reconfigured reception and a communal meeting room.  New showers, refurbished WCs and secure bike storage in the basement give the staff the option of cycling into work, which is now also being seen as a necessity rather than an optional extra.

“Royal London Buildings has been extremely successful since its substantial refurbishment works in late 2012 and Tempest have become the latest tenant to capitalise on the opportunity.”
