Nexus suite changes hands

Number two the Nexus building in Shrewsbury has been sold following a brief spell of marketing by Shropshire commercial agents Wiggins Lockett Thompson.  The building, formerly an “Enterprise Centre” has been sold to a local professional services company looking to invest and occupy space in Shrewsbury. The building, and office of 1,377 sq ft has been sold off an asking price of £175,000.

Anthony Wiggins said, “We were asked to “keep our eyes peeled” for prospective purchasers following  a lengthy period of marketing has proved unsuccessful with other agents in the town, and were pleased to quickly find an interested party, who, after a short period of meaningful negotiation, agreed to take the space.  Offices premises to buy in Shrewsbury town centre are difficult to locate so our client was pleased our pragmatic approach produced a result quickly.”
