Historic offices let

Leading south east chartered surveyors Caxtons, winner of the 2011 EGi Most Active Agent in Kent Award, is delighted to have let offices on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Malling House in West Malling.

The property has been converted into attractive office suites and provides a mix of open plan and partitioned offices with ample parking at the rear.

This historic property, built in 1710 when Queen Anne, the last of the Stuart line, was on the throne has seen many incarnations since then and has undergone changes that have extended and altered it. However, its original proportions are still visible today.  The windows and offset door – a popular feature of the period – would still be recognisable by early residents, and the marbled floor in the ground floor entrance of the property still exists.

New tenants CMA Loss Adjuster Ltd have taken a ten-year lease on the property and will soon be moving into their new premises.

Caxtons, one of the largest independent property practices in the south east, has offices across Kent and offers a full range of property consultancy and management services in the commercial and residential sectors.
