Humberts have recently sold Unit 8E Chelston Business Park, Castle Road, Wellington on behalf of clients to an investor.  The modern end of terrace industrial unit had a gross internal area of approximately 195.14 sq m (2,099 sq ft) and outside had a yard to front with allocated parking for approximately 6 vehicles.  The property was available at a guide price of £185,000 and Humberts have been re-instructed by the new owner to let the building on their behalf at a quoting rent of £12,950 per annum.
