National property and construction consultancy Wakemans has added to its professional team with the appointment of a new quantity surveyor and building surveyor in the Birmingham office.
Michael Greenway is a highly skilled and experienced Building Surveyor with over fourteen years’ experience of the full range of services offered by Wakeman’s Building Surveying team. These include contract administration, dilapidations, professional development and asset management services, and varying types of professional surveys pre-acquisition, schedules of condition and condition surveys.
Gerard Belfield has twenty eight years’ experience as a quantity surveyor with a wide range of expertise across the public and private sector. He has managed multiple facilities management contracts across the UK as well as carrying out the full range of QS services on projects in the healthcare, residential, educational and hospitality sectors.
