Refurbished offices overlooking interchange causing stir

Colliers International has been appointed by Scottish Widows Investment Partnership to let Axis Beta – a newly refurbished office building overlooking the M4/M5 Interchange.

With the RAC regional headquarters in close proximity and the motorway network within minutes the office is ideally situated on the busy North Bristol fringe.

James Preece from Colliers International’s Bristol office said refurbished offices in  good locations continued to attract attention.

He said: “We were receiving inquiries before we had issued the particulars. This is a very popular location overlooking the M4/M5 interchange offering refurbished office space of approximately 4,000 sq ft on one floor.

“Although there are a number of buildings available around the area very few offer this type of configuration which is why we have already seen considerable interest.

”There is something of a gap in the market for this size of accommodation on a single floor in Bristol’s north fringe.”

The open plan offices include 18 onsite car parking spaces.

The accommodation comprises the entire second floor which has recently been completely refurbished with new carpets and decorations throughout. The office offers fantastic views of the motorway interchange and surrounding countryside..

Local amenities include a Tesco Metro and the Hilton Hotel while. Cribbs Causeway and Parkway   are less than 10 minutes’ drive time away.
