Midlands accountancy firm celebrates 10th year with triple promotions

Coventry and Warwickshire’s leading firm of chartered accountants and financial advisers has celebrated its tenth anniversary with a hat-trick of promotions.

Harrison Beale & Owen (HB&O), which has offices in Leamington and Coventry, has promoted associate directors Helen Coombes, Wayne Gutteridge and Sarah Wilson to full director status as part of its planforcontinued growth.

Helen joined HB&O as associate tax director in 2012 and has since worked to expand the firm’s tax department, bringing in new areas of expertise as well as taking an active role in the recruitment of a specialist VAT consultant.

Helenis based in Leamington and Coventry and has over 10 years’ experience in accounting, specialising in capital gains tax planning, overseas tax, corporation tax planning and corporate reconstructions.

Wayne has been with HB&O for over 18years. Most recently as associate director at the firm’s Coventry office. He hasbuilt-up a wealth ofexperienceto offer expert advice on accounting, management information systems and cloud-based solutions for businesses of all sizes.  Wayne prides himself on understanding the clients underlying interests to give purposeful advice.

Sarah joinedin 2012 to work as a specialist in audit and accountancy at HB&O’s Leamington office.Her expertise includes working with large corporate sectors and small businesses to help them enhance their business performance, achieve greater stability and secure future growth.

As full directors, the trio will now take an active role in HB&O’s succession strategy to help to grow the company’s client portfolio by winning new business as well as enhancing the broad spectrum of services delivered by the firm.
