Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of first floor offices at 1 Chartfield House, Castle Street within Taunton town centre. The purpose built office block is in a prominent location next to the Third Way in Taunton town centre.
The first floor office suite had a net internal area of 66.47 sq m (715 sq ft) and was available at a quoting rent of £6,500 per annum.
