Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the letting of 116 High Street, Poole to the national charity operator, Age UK who will open the premises as a retail outlet.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 686 sq ft with 660 sq ft of additional ancillary storage provided over first and second floor and was let on a new lease. The quoting rental was £26,000 per annum, exclusive.
