Creative firm thrives in Southsea

The commercial agency team at Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell have let a ground floor courtyard suite at The Old Treasury in Southsea to local website design and digital marketing agency Si digital.

Si digital have a wide range of clients who they work with to produce new and exciting ways to interact with their websites and mobile apps.

The office suite, which extends to approximately 1,190 sq ft has been refurbished to create a modern contemporary feel within this historic building which dates back to 1936.

The Old Treasury is a multi-let office building situated on the corner of Kings Road and St Paul’s Road just off Landport Terrace (A288). The building is close to Southsea seafront and the leisure and retail facilities in Southsea Town Centre.

Sidigital, owned and run by managing director Steven Piper, moved from a smaller suite on the first floor of the same building, after outgrowing their space.

Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell represented B Webber Holdings Ltd, a property company specialising in property investment and development opportunities across the UK.
