Five year lease secured on Eastleigh premises

Vail Williams LLP, leading real estate advisers, have secured a five year lease with Hampshire Home Improvements Ltd for an industrial unit at 24 Parham Drive, Eastleigh, Hampshire. Vail Williams acted for the landlord Glen House Estates.
The industrial unit is 2,094 sq ft (195 sq m) and has been taken on a new five year lease by Hampshire Home Improvements Ltd at a rate of £16,750 per annum. Hampshire Home Improvements provide quality windows and doors and will run their office, storage and distribution on site. The industrial unit comprises an end of terrace unit with a secure external yard, a sliding concertina loading door and a full mezzanine floor fitted out as offices.
