New Partners And Associates At Coles Miller Solicitors

Coles Miller Solicitors LLP has announced the appointment of two new Partners and three new associates – reflecting the firm’s continuing success.

New Partners Stuart Bradford and Anthony Weber were previously associates at Coles Miller. Both are based in the Wills, Tax and Trusts department.

Stuart has been at Coles Miller since 2011, becoming an associate in 2013. He runs the probate team at Coles Miller’s Poole offices.

His private client caseload includes drafting wills and providing advice on Inheritance Tax.

Stuart also specialises in powers of attorney, applications to the Court of Protection and cases involving local authority funding for long-term care.

He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is soon to become a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
“I’m looking forward to building on Coles Miller’s success which is based on excellent personal service to our clients, be it in the office or at the clients’ home, whether it’s wills, powers of attorney, probate or trusts,” he said.

Anthony Weber joined Coles Miller in 2009, specialising in wills, living wills, powers of attorney and administration of estates. He runs the probate team at Coles Miller’s Broadstone office.

Anthony helps elderly or vulnerable people to manage their affairs, dealing with the Office of the Public Guardian.
He is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Law Society’s Private Client Section.

“As the population is generally getting older, our work in the Wills and Probate department is becoming increasingly important and I am excited to be a part of Coles Miller’s continued expansion,” he said.

Their appointments bring the total number of Partners at Coles Miller to 15, making it one of the largest law firms in the area.

The three new associate appointments at Coles Miller are:
• Lindsay Halliwell – a solicitor and mediator in the family law department. She joined Coles Miller in 2010 and is based at the Bournemouth and Charminster offices.
• Kerry Houston-Kypta – a specialist commercial property solicitor who joined Coles Miller’s Poole-based commercial department in January this year.
• Alison Lloyd – a chartered legal executive who joined Coles Miller in 1996 and works in the probate team at the Bournemouth office.
