Planning consultants move into Belbroughton offices

A Worcestershire planning and development consultancy is moving into new offices in Belbroughton following a deal transacted by leading Midland independent property consultancy GJS Dillon.

Planning Prospects Ltd has taken over the offices in Nash Lane, Belbroughton after acquiring the freehold from private landlords. The consultancy plans to move into the offices from its current location in Worcester.

Planning Prospects is a planning, development and regeneration consultancy providing advice to a range of public and private sector clients across the country on all aspects of planning including retail, residential, leisure, employment and urban regeneration.

The modern two-story offices at 4, Mill Pool, Nash Lane, cover 1,550 sq ft and include seven parking spaces.
