Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby have let Unit 4 Williams Industrial Park, New Milton to Mrs J Wilson on a new 3 year lease. This mid terrace unit extends to approximately 229 sq ft and the quoting rental was £6,150 per annum exclusive.
