Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell are pleased to report the sale of Gospel Hall to Charles Marks Developments.The Hall which has closed was bought for development by Charles Marks Developments at close to the asking price of £180,000.
Stuart Mitchell from Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell reported that the site which was sold unconditionally generated interest from a variety of development angles, and we are pleased to note that the site is being sensitively developed with neighbouring properties in mind.
Mark Cowling from Charles Marks Developments comments that they are very active in finding similar sites in Portsmouth and the surrounding areas for new build and conversion works; Inglis Road was a good example of our niche market. The end development will provide two brand new self-contained 3 bedroom houses.
The trustees of the hall, are pleased to report that the proceeds of the sale will be dealt with in accordance with the trust deeds.
