Warwick asset management company achieves major growth

A Warwick- based property asset management company has been able to strengthen its team after achieving major growth.

Assured Property Group, based at the University of Warwick Science Park’s Warwick Innovation Centre on Gallows Hill, provides asset management and development services to clients across the UK using unique data technology to widen its breadth and depth of knowledge.

The company, which was set up by brothers Simon and Paul Davis, has seen its turnover grow by 84 per cent over the last year and hopes to strengthen its offering with three new appointments as well as targeting growth of a similar percentage this coming year.

Former Experian director Chris Nightingale joins the team to promote and develop the company’s advanced data technology, Nimbus Property System, which brings detailed data analysis to property reviews.

Amanda Thompson joins the agency part of professional services and Georgina Wheeler helps to strengthen the firms administrative, IT and technology services.

Assured Property Group was able to boost its expertise after benefitting from a wide-range of business support services available at the University of Warwick Science Park.

Simon Davis, director at Assured Property Group, said the support had been instrumental in helping to develop the business and secure new projects.

He said: “It has been an exciting year for the company and we are delighted to be able to continue to expand our services and grow within the sector.

“We are starting to reap the benefits of hard work and dedication and have a large number of projects underway.

“We have just completeda 120 site review and a 600 site review for two of the largest pub companies in the UK as well as working with the largest leisure agent in the country.”

He added: “We couldn’t be happier with the business support services we are receiving at the SciencePark and the new appointments at the firm will only help to boost our expertise.

“Since moving to the Warwick Innovation Centre last year we have worked closely with our Science Park contact Dirk Schafer who is helping us to market the company to clients across the country and has also helped us to secure an intern from Germany to further develop our advanced technology software.”

Karen Aston, centre manager, said Assured Property Group is a great example of a company that has been able to take advantage of a range of business support to accelerate its growth in the true spirit of the Innovation Centre.

“Assured Property Group is expanding at a rapid speed which I’m sure is largely due to its unique offering within the property sector as well as its very professional approach and the strong relationships it has built-up with clients across the country,” she said.

Dirk Schafer, project manager at the University of Warwick Science Park, added: “Assured Property is a real success story and we want to help them to get more awareness for their Nimbus Property System which is a true game changer in the property world.”
