Saracen provides new interiors for Servomex

Saracen Interiors has completed a £100,000 office fit out contract for Servomex. The project, carried out at the leading international gas analysis expert’s UK headquarters in Crowborough, East Sussex, was undertaken as a fast-track job, with all works completed within four weeks.

Working flexibly and with minimum disruption to Servomex’s office staff, the office interiors specialist has presented its client with a creative new break out environment. Works included the refurbishment of the canteen area and the provision of a large moveable wall to divide the office and canteen spaces. Saracen also provided new carpet with logo inserted and cutting edge, modern furniture, chosen to complement Servomex’s corporate colours. The break out area was designed to incoporate a series of mini work stations to enable staff to use their own mobile devices during coffee and lunch breaks.

Site services manager for Servomex, Dennis Skott is delighted with the quality of work provided by Saracen: “We selected Saracen as our design consultant as they were able to offer us a complete turnkey solution with a design proposal that was by far the strongest and the most impressive.

“Having worked closely with its team members from the start of the project to its recent handover, I would happily work with them again based on their exacting standards and high level of professionalism. All works were carefully project-managed by a single point of contact who kept in close communication with us at all times. Great all-round performance!”

Joint managing director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page comments: “Saracen is renowned for its design capabilities and we have been awarded many projects based on our creative use of space and our consideration for the end user with regard to functionality.
“The job doesn’t stop there though and for us delivery is of equal importance as this is what brings us our high levels of repeat business. All works are closely project managed so that any problems can be anticipated and resolved early on in the process. This, in turn, ensures a smooth handover with projects delivered on time and within budget.”
