Winchester retail remains strong

Goadsby’s commercial office in Winchester are pleased to report that the retail market within Winchester City Centre remains strong. Recent lettings have included 107a High Street which was successfully let and trades as Bellis, and also 65a High Street which was let and now trades as the Hasta shop (a local newsagents’ shop).

Popular secondary retail locations include Jewry Street and Parchment Street (where no. 81 has just sold).

Stockbridge Road also remains a popular choice for secondary retail outlets and recently saw the opening of Pop Atelier at 44 Stockbridge Road, an art gallery which sells paintings and artwork by local artists. 40 Stockbridge Road is still available, and the rent has just been reduced to £6000 per annum exclusive.
