Dozen make the grade at CBRE

Twelve employees from property consultancy CBRE are celebrating moving up the ranks after a bumper round of promotions at the firm.

David Smith and Adrian Willet have been promoted to senior director in the national team and development team respectively.

David joined CBRE in 2006 and became business operations director in the national team in 2009. He has board responsibility for all operational matters for CBRE’s ten offices outside of London, managing strategic development, business and financial planning.

Adrian, who joined CBRE in 2012, heads the firm’s Midlands development team. He advises on the sale and acquisition of development land and private rented sector led investment opportunities for a range of landowners, developers, property funds and financiers in the residential sector.

CBRE has also promoted five employees from associate director to director. They include Charlotte Butcher, global corporate services, Eleanor Deeley, development, Alison Grunstein, valuation, John Marsden, rating, and Paul Muldoon, engineering services.

Gareth Bennett and Fodos Gregoriou, global corporate services, Helen Palgrave, property and asset management, and Daniel Read, engineering services team, have been promoted from senior surveyor to associate director.

Also moving up the ranks is John Roovers, who has been promoted to senior surveyor in the rating team.
