Nasa Consulting is the latest company to take space at the landmark Tower House in Bristol’s commercial centre in a letting agreed by Colliers International.
It was the sixth deal in as many weeks in Tower House and joint agents Colliers International and JLL are predicting that the high levels of activity seen at the beginning of the year will continue through 2014 and beyond.
Nasa Consulting will join Marr Corp (otherwise known as T2), Financial Claims Made Simple and Astrum Element One who between them have snapped up six different suites at Tower House.
Jonathan Lipfriend from Colliers International said the 14-storey building continued to tower above rival office spaces.
“Tower house is almost full with only three suites (totalling around 5,000 sq ft) left. With a lot of secondary office space in the city centre being converted to residential, it follows that Tower House has attracted a lot of interest from tenants looking for newly refurbished space at a very competitive rate with flexible lease terms.
These companies will join an impressive roster of existing occupants including Newkey, Central Appointments, HB Markets, Immediate Media and eRecruit.
“Situated on Fairfax Street in the heart of Bristol’s retail, leisure and commercial district, Tower House offers an exciting environment for work, rest and play. It has also undergone a thorough refurbishment, including the main reception area.
Steve Lane of JLL commented: “Businesses are aware that quality contemporary accommodation such as this is in increasingly short supply as we move away from the downturn. With availability from 1,300 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft, space can be let in part or as a whole, making Tower House a flexible and evidently popular option.”
