E3 Consulting, Ocean Village based specialist Property Taxation practice, are celebrating being shortlisted as one of four Finalists in the LexisNexis Taxation Awards for Tax Consultancy of Year 2014. “This is fantastic achievement for the firm and all of our team, to see their efforts and expertise recognised at a National level, alongside other leading tax practices” says Alun Oliver FRICS, Managing Director of E3 Consulting.
E3 Consulting specialise in helping property investors, developers and occupiers reduce their tax liabilities by optimising the available tax allowances and incentives against their real estate expenditure. Our main services relate to Capital Allowances, VAT and Land Remediation Tax Relief, but also help clients indirectly via their accountants, surveyors or lawyers to ensure they don’t pay too much tax.
Although our head office is in Southampton, we also have a London base and are delighted to service of wide ranging client base drawn from across the UK as well as further afield including the Channel Islands, Europe and USA.
