Furzehall Farm refurbishment attracts tenants

For the first time since a major refurbishment programme was completed, all the office units at Furzehall Farm in Fareham have been snapped up, as new tenants have moved into the last remaining available space.

Situated just off the A32 Wickham Road to the North of Fareham town centre, Furzehall Farm has good links to the M27 motorway for easy access to both Portsmouth and Southampton. The farm buildings were originally converted into convenient and well-appointed office units some years ago. In 2013 a rolling refurbishment programme was undertaken to provide high quality self-contained units and open plan offices with shared access to conference facilities and meeting rooms. All the units also have their own on-site parking facilities

New tenants now include landscape architect and environmental planner, Influence CLA which has taken a five year lease on units 17 & 18 and Cura Home Care, a specialist new home repair and maintenance contractor has taken a short lease on unit 6 as its operations expand across the south coast.

Hampshire law firm Graeme Quar & Co, has added units 8-10 to its existing premises at Orchard House at Furzehall Farm and Petersfield. The firm has recently set up a new division offering wills, trusts and probate, but rather than relocating has expended by opening a second office adjacent to its current Furzehall Farm base.
