Wasteaway have taken a lease on a 4,300 sq ft industrial unit in Telford from local Agents Wiggins Lockett Thompson. The firm, who have occupied a number of units on Telford over the last few years have finally settled on the unit on Hortonwood after going to see Anthony Wiggins at their offices in Telford centre.
Anthony said, “Ashley Clayton, who runs the firm, has expanded Wasteaway over the last few years and we’re pleased to help him find a long term home for his business again. Unit B8, despite being left in poor condition by the former tenant, suited Wasteaway who were able to move in facing little or no break in service to their customers. Hortonwood 10 has been very active with companies moving round over the last 12 months, this looks like it’ll continue.
Wiggins Lockett Thompson have received a break notice from the existing tenant at the neighbouring unit B7 which is similar in size and layout and will shortly be putting that on the market to let following its refurbishment.
