Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby have let 123 Old Milton Road, New Milton to Mr Green who will be operating the premises as a second hand retailer.
The subject premises comprise a ground floor retail area of 718 sq ft and was let on a new lease for one year. The quoting rental was £7,500 p.a.x.
