ING, advised by Edgerley Simpson Howe (ESH), has let a retail warehouse unit on Etruria Way, Stoke-on-Trent to Pure Gym Ltd.
The 24 hour gym company has taken the 22,550 sq ft building on a new 15-year lease, at a rent of £8.50 per sq ft.
Pure Gym already operates fourteen gyms nationwide and the UK expansion plans involve six more openings by autumn 2011 including Stoke-on-Trent.
Other occupiers on the retail park include Office Furniture Place, Princess Kitchens and Bathrooms and Eriks UK.
ESH advised ING, Pure Gym Ltd was not represented.
