GJS Dillon lets unit to stainless steel specialist

Leading Midland independent property consultancy GJS Dillon has let an industrial warehouse unit in Bromsgrove to one of the UK’s major suppliers of stainless steel. The unit is on the well-established Buntsford Business Park.

UKF Stainless Ltd is expanding into the 7,329 sq ft Unit 16A, Buntsford Park Road, on the outskirts of Bromsgrove town centre. This is the third building the company now occupies in the area.

Established in 1992, UKF Stainless supplies a wide variety of stainless steel and stainless steel components, but specialises in stainless steel tubing. The company supplies to the automotive, dairy, water, marine, fabrications, petro-chemical and decorative sectors throughout Europe. UKF also processes stainless steel, including cutting, perforating and polishing.

The two-storey purpose-built L-shaped building has good quality workshop/warehouse space with adjoining offices over two floors. It includes a loading/unloading area and car parking. The building was let on behalf of landlords Cottrill Transport on a new five-year lease.

John Dillon of GJS Dillon said, “This is a modern industrial warehouse unit which is exceptionally well-placed with easy access to the M42 and M5. UKF has recently won a major contract and this new facility is well-placed to deliver their stainless steel products to their client, using their own transport fleet.”

GJS Dillon LLP, with offices in Worcester and Bromsgrove, offers a full range of commercial property consultancy services throughout Worcestershire and surrounding areas, and along the M5 and A38 corridors.
