Alder King has completed the letting of Unit 4 Otter Court, Matford Business Park, Marsh Barton (pictured). The letting was agreed to Red Hot Products Ltd. The premises comprised of 4,568 sq ft (424.55 sq m) industrial warehouse unit including office space.
Red Hot Products Ltd are the appointed UK and Ireland distributors for professional haircare company Z-One Concept, including product brands Milk_shake, Urban Tribe, Simply Zen and Ligh(10).
Lee Southan in Alder King’s Exeter office said: “The premises lent itself well for Red Hot Products as their business is expanding, and they’re looking to centralise the operation. The interest received in marketing this unit shows there is still strong demand for industrial and trade counter opportunities in the region.”
