Planning consent for Cannock scheme

Trebor/Hortons Joint Venture has obtained planning consent for its new Gateway Retail Park development at Cannock, located next to the M6 Toll road and A5.

The granting of planning will lead to the implementation of this exciting major retail park in 2014 and with a range of tenants secured, the project will deliver a high quality retail park opening in early 2015 and create over 100 new jobs for the area and regenerate a former Council owned site which has remained undeveloped for 40 years.

Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor Developments, commented on behalf of the Joint Venture: “This is tremendous good news and allows us to now proceed to implement the scheme on our fast track development model. It is a further outstanding example of the Trebor/Horton JV commitment to retail development and follows on from the completion of Princess Alice Retail Park, Sutton Coldfield.
