Harris Lamb welcomes new faces to the team

Harris Lamb has expanded its Birmingham team with the appointment of two new roles.

Janine O’Brien, who has more than 20 years’ experience in legal and finance, including residential credit control at GVA Grimley, has been appointed to Harris Lamb’s management team.

Gert Corfield, director, said: “Janine has joined us as a member of the Property Accounts team, which is expanding due to winning new property management instructions including a large Industrial portfolio in the Midlands, a 1.1million square foot Business park in North East England and a number of smaller industrial estates.

“Janine’s experience in overseeing large portfolios and handling client and tenant enquiries made her a great fit for the department.”

Janine said: “I was keen to take a more active role in managing clients, and Harris Lamb will allow me to do just that. The business has a proven track record when it comes to providing excellent customer service to its clients, and I am looking forward to developing that further as the department continues to grow.”

In addition to Janine, Harris Lamb has also taken on Gemma Hardman to support the Rating team. Gemma will receive on-going support and training from the team as she develops service skills to progress her career.

The business has grown significantly in the past two years, and will welcome more staff before the end of 2013.
