Businesses across the UK are being urged to contribute to a major business barometer report.
Accountants Chantrey Vellacott DFK are conducting a survey to capture the expectations and challenges of Owner Managed Businesses (OMBs) in 2014.
Longstanding family businesses, sole traders and entrepreneurs through to limited liability partnerships and limited companies are being encouraged to contribute.
Justin Waddilove, from Chantrey Vellacott DFK, which has offices in London, the South East, Thames Valley and the Midlands, said: “The economic climate has been extremely tough for many companies over the last few years, although there have been encouraging signs of recovery among many OMBs we have spoken to this year.
“We’re interested to see how confident businesses are that they will expand and grow over the next year, or likewise if 2014 will be a year of consolidation.”
Data collected from the survey will form a comprehensive report into business confidence and trends expected in 2014 which will be shared at an event held by Chantrey Vellacott DFK in the New Year.
The survey incorporates 13 multiple answer questions. All responses will be treated confidentially, and all respondents will be entered into a draw to win an iPad Mini.
