London Clancy with joint agents Rocmor have sold on behalf of private investors the freehold interest of the above property.
The building was extended to over 10,000 sq ft ,generated a great deal of interest and was secured by private investors said David Heda Head of Agency .
London Clancy and Rocmor acted on behalf of the vendors while the purchaser was represented by Keygrove.
