Refurbished office space continues to draw companies to Aztec West

Aztec West in Bristol remains a favourite destination for companies looking for a move nearer the city’s motorway hub.

James Preece of Colliers International has let the first floor of 190 Aztec West to Shepherd Engineering Services (SES) for five years.

SES is one of the leading independent building engineering services companies in the UK and specialises in the design, installation and facilities management of building services solutions for multi-million pound projects.

Nick Cox, SES regional operations manager commented: “This move represents our continued commitment to the South West’s regional operations. It allows us to better serve our client base and take advantage of business aspirations and sustainable growth in the area.”

The impressively refurbished offices situated in Bristol’s premier business park come with exceptional levels of parking. Other occupiers in the building are Neopost and Driver Global Construction Ltd.

James Preece said: “Once again the close connection to J16 of the M5 motorway, giving immediate access to the M4/M5 interchange and the national motorway network has been a major factor in encouraging companies to select Aztec West.”

“The office space and common areas have been reconfigured and upgraded to create the standard of accommodation required by the modern occupier.”

He added: “There is only one small office suite of around 1,000 sq ft left available and we expect this will be let shortly.”
